Travel Policies Related to Covid-19
ASIPP Members and Friends:
We want to thank you for your patience following the announcement of the postponement of the 2020 Annual Meeting due to Covid-19. We are pleased to report that the Dallas Hyatt Regency has been very gracious and has worked quickly with ASIPP to secure the same meeting space and same room rate for the new meeting dates.
NEW DATES
Friday, Sept. 4 – Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020
We believe this will be a great weekend as it leads up to the Labor Day holiday, and will be a wonderful time to bring your family to experience some Dallas fun and hospitality. We also believe it will be a great weekend to get back on track for your CME credit requirements.
ACTIONABLE ITEMS FOR YOU
- If you have already registered for the meeting, there is nothing more you need to do.
- If you have already booked your room at the Hyatt, we will announce when the new room block is ready to accept reservations. They Hyatt will be cancelling all rooms in our block that had been booked for the April meeting.
The refund and cancelation policy will remain the same except with different deadlines.
